We seek to decentralize education training, bringing to the region educational institutions that contribute in different areas to both teachers and students.
Support and training
We support educational communities and achool management teams with programs that enhance teacher professional development and leadership, and address the diverse needs of schools. We offer workshops and training on a variety of topics with a focus on regional identity.
Teaching and promoting reading
We are committed to ensuring that all children reach second grade with strong reading comprehension skills, supporting literacy instruction and addressing reading gaps. We promote reading and regional identity through our regional school writing and illustration contest, "Young Talents of Magallanes," provide training for reading facilitators, and support promotional initiatives.
Alliances
We work alongside other regional and national, public and private organizations to support education in the region. We support organizations that want to implement successful programs in schools in Magallanes, with actions ranging from contacting key stakeholders to providing support and guidance during implementation.
